Our candles are crafted from premium natural soy wax to create a clean, long- lasting burn. Lead free cotton wicks are designed to self-trim and are coated in a high melt wick wax for added stability. High-quality fragrance oils are sustainably sourced and artfully blended.

Yes absolutely. Our candles are made from premium natural soy wax with lead free cotton wicks. Our candles are free from parabens, phthalates and harsh chemicals, making them a safer choice for your home and family. We do not use any paraffin wax which emits black soot or toxic fumes providing a cleaner burn and providing a smaller environmental impact.

Trim your wick to 6mm before each burn to prevent the wick from "mushrooming". Allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges of the container on the first burn to prevent tunnelling and to create your candles' wax "memory". Your first burn should be at least 3-4 hours with every subsequent burn between 2-4 hours. You should not burn for more than 4 hours at any one time.

This will ensure you obtain the best performance out of your candle.

Ideally use a candle snuffer however, if you need to, gently blow the candle out. Avoid dipping the wick into wax to prevent smoke and splatter. Always burn your candle away from any flammable material and on a hard stable, heat-resistant surface.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days upon payment having cleared, with delivery times depending on your location and carrier. We ensure each candle has been cured for two weeks prior to shipping to allow optimum results when you receive.

Yes indeed. Each product is beautifully packaged, making it perfect for gifting or just to enjoy yourself!

Yes, our candle jars are recyclable and can also be re-purposed if you wish. Please never burn your candle all the way to the bottom of the glass, always leave 1-1.5cm of wax at the bottom so to not compromise the integrity of the glass should you wish to refill.

Our also try to use sustainable packaging where possible.

Unfortunately, no refills are available, as we cannot guarantee each candle sold has been burned as per instructions provided.

Refills are not offered due to safety precautions.

As a family business, we pride ourselves in providing the best possible product we can offer for your enjoyment. Should the candle arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with evidence to support the damage i.e. photos, in order to arrange a replacement or refund.
