Refund policy

At Inhale Luxe Living, we want you to love every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We only accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Return Shipping

Unfortunately, no returns are accepted for purely change-of-mind purchases. Please be careful when selecting your products. 

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Inhale Luxe Living cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product fault, damage, or an error on our part.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed to be a fault, damage, or an error on our part, we will provide a replacement, refund, or cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may be unable to accept returns on:

  • Used products
  • Products that have been altered or damaged after delivery
  • Clearance or final sale items (where stated)
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Exchanges

For any change-of-mind purchases, unfortunately there are no exchanges available. This is owing to the nature of the product. Please select and purchase your items carefully.
